human variation is still human.....diversity comes in cultures and cultures are vastly different but all human according to dna.

what many label as racism could just as easily be labeled cultural ignorance. education cures ignorance. racism is fear born of ignorance....to continually promote the existence of races continues to breed the problem of racism.

a racist is always a racist, generally speaking. someone who is just culturally ignorant has a chance to be educated.

quick to judge, quick to anger and slow to understand

ignorance and prejudice and fear

all walk hand in hand

Well Rick, all I can say is that I wish safety and good health on POTUS & family. Seriously... Finish the term, get on the chopper, and fly away. If anything should happen to POTUS, it will literally jump off w/ in 90 minutes in every urban environment on CONUS.

First off... everyone's racist. There's nothing you can do about it, it's a base-level component of the hard-wired instinctual programming called human nature. We're ALL racist, it matters not what color we are or what group we belong to.

And it's not necessarily a BAD thing.

The difference arises I suppose from if you admit that or not, and what you do with it.

Furthermore, 'racism' actually serves a valid purpose, allowing you to sort individuals by the degree to which they are compatible with your inherent qualities and values. It no doubt originated as a way of protecting ones self and ones group from strangers that didn't hold your best interests at heart.

And that remains a VERY valid function.

we are all human....just because you've been taught to view it differently and choose to compare humans to dogs is your brain working.

the point of the thread is to suggest that there is a campaign to divide and conquer the masses with the tool of racism.

racism is really just a word that drives that tool. ignorance is the real problem.

and as for it working out the way i'd like it to: it works fine for me. i don't have a problem with the issue either way. people are going to be who and what they are...whether they meet their potential or not is entirely up to them. that's reality too.

but reality can change in a big f*cking hurry chuckle
