live all through that area. You'd have at least heard someone in
Yellowknife or Churchill report something.

IRAS. NOT from the USGS. IRAS is a consortium of over 100 US
universities dedicated to the operation of science facilities for the
acquisition, management, and distribution of seismological data. IRAS
is a 501©3 non-profit.

who decided to remove the quakes and why? you should be able to find that out if you believe what you wrote.

i'm not the one convinced that 4 quakes in different locations was an error
but i can see how it must be more comforting to assume that's what it was

On a side note, on the EQ map I noticed a series of small quakes in northern Minnesota. It's quite unusual for Minnesota to get receive any quakes, but this map indicates aprox nine small quakes recently, all occurring in a line toward the southwest.

How in the hell is that "preaching down"? I have an open mind, it's
just not so open that my brains will fall out. If you are intimidated
and offended by someone suggesting that they may not have happened
and to go ahead and email them again and ask a specific question
