8/4/1998 - I paid $7.27 for 6.88 galllons - Romney will bring that back
Cleaning out a cabinet with old business records, I found a notebook with expenses on a trip from L.A. to Las Vegas, August 3-5, 1998. Halfway there, probably in Barstow, where it's a lot more expensive, I paid $7.98 for 7.01 gallons. Only 14 years ago, but seemingly in a different world.

Wake up, friends! Romney will unleash our resources and flood the world with cheap crude oil again.

Consider also that there is $3 Trillion in idle cash resources that private businesses are keeping locked up because they don't want to invest it in an era where Obama is poised to pounce and tax every penny.

When Romney is elected, business people will start hiring again -- that means that money will be invested in jobs. Yes, they will pay that money directly to people in the private sector. With that money in the economy, all boats will rise. Yes, there will even be higher tax revenues! Government will get more money not because tax rates go up but because there will be more business activity.

Get it?

Obama wants to take that $3 trillion and vacuum it up and send it to the Treasury, where the Government will skim off a big chunk and pay it to Democrat Party allies like Big Teacher and Public Employee unions. The rest will be paid out to the remaining Solyndras of the land to encourage ineffecient programs such as solar and wind power and the useless Chevy Volt that nobody wants to buy. And then gasoline will continue to cost what it does now.

Yesterday, in a suburb 17 miles from L.A. City Hall, I paid $30.11 for 7.01 gallons.

If Obama is re-elected, does anyone seriously think that 7 gallons of gasoline will be cheaper? If Romney wins does anyone seriously think such a purchase will be more expensive?

Think about it.

Seriously dude or b*tch...How do you sleep at night knowing you are a b*tch for whoever pays you? I know this is easy work and all but you have got to improve your game. Whatever they pay you is wasted money because you are not good at it and I hope they see this message for confirmation. You are not even worthy of the term shill because you suck at it so bad. Get some skills and get back to us.

What does OP think a Romney war with Iran will do to the price of gas?

Our supply of oil could very well be cut off with an all-out war in the Middle East. Then what! It would destroy the economies of the West.

Better buy a bicycle, OP.

There's a reason "the price of tea in China" was coined.

Romney will do whatever is in his power to make oil more expensive or he will be dealt with accordingly. He is not going to win anyway. They've figured out it's easier not to have to break in a new guy every 4 years lately.

WELL REGULATED

chuckle

"...Obama has been clear: no country poses a greater security challenge to the United States, Israel and our allies than Iran. Under the policies George Bush has pursued and John McCain would continue, Iran, not freedom, has been on the march. Iran is much closer to the bomb; its influence in Iraq is expanding; its terrorist proxy Hezbollah is ascendant in Lebanon; its ally, Hamas controls Gaza and launches rockets at Israel. Beyond bluster, what would John McCain actually do about these dangers? He doesn’t say."

According to Obama, we are. Dallas is booming with drilling, with more men being hired. That's probably not the only place.

The US has trillions of barrels of oil in various forms. It could utilize that. Unfortunately for you that is not the agenda. The US government's plan is to burn the rest of the world's oil first. This leaves the world in a pinch. But the US will still have massive resources. You cannot run a military without oil. Get it now? King of the world. And your fantasies about Romney are sad and ill informed.
