The grackles around my house scream like crazy whenever the local hawk lands in the trees where they nest.
They are pretty aggressive and have no fear in chasing her off.

All's I know is, they went missing one day a few months ago. All the birds around me did. Later that week, a client told me their gathering downtown freaked all her co-workers out. She said it was just like "birds" up in there~
