So I was thinking today if certain verses in the bible were taken literally...

If a blink of an eye to god is approximately 70 years, and people blink 12 times per minute x 60 minutes x 24 hours (assuming god doesn't sleep) would = 17,280 times a day

70 years x 17,280 blinks would = 1,209,600 million years

And since the bible says earth was created in 6 days...

6 days x 1,209,600 years = 7,257,600 million years god took to create the earth.

Don't care if you agree, my mind was going numb at work today

ETA: High end spazz blinking will net over 13,000,000 million years BTW

From the time of Adam til now is about 6000 years.

The world was flooded before Adam was created, which means there was a judgement much like the one Noah endured.

The sphinx in Egypt is older than the pyramids, given the water damage on it, the only water that could reach that high with deep scours would be a biblical flood.
