hmmm then again i think about america and realize 60-80% are dumber then shit, and do i really want their opinion to count, all those that just vote for the guy that looks good, or gives the best empty promises...
maybe there is a reason it is in place, maybe we just need to rework the whole system

That would actually allow Snooki and the other tards in New york City and Jersey Shore to put whoever they wanted in the Office and most states would not even matter. The whole idea is stupid at best but stupid people love it.

Sounds like the criteria people should have in order to reproduce as well.

If they did that that Georgia Guidestones ideal would come into being within a single generation.

In Canada, we also have partisan elections. These elections ensure that rich millionaire lawyers from Quebec will always be in power. The average vote in most of the provinces is superseded by the votes in a few areas.

Stupid people are the people who thing their vote is going to be counted in the first place.
