Well after 40 hours of labor, all my good intentions went out the window, I grabbed the damn gas mask out of the doctors hand and took a big deep breath.

He did forget the part about being able to yell at your husband, and if he gets close enough rip his hair out during contractions.

Sometimes Alex rants for me, but not this time..

All I know is when I went to squat on a birthing ball my pain intensified by a factor of 10. Something about that position. Any position was insanely painful but that one in particular was awful. I was having back labor so that might be a factor. It felt better to lay down for me.

I am a documentary buff) and not voting or paying any heed to Ron Paul? I mean seriously.
