I say, "Repeal all laws against this natural plant."
Let people grow their own if they wish.
Let them sell it or give it away.
This plant should be treated no different than grass or petunias.

Now I posted this a while back here. Is this a mute point. Now I figured out a long time ago, arguing over the next President will never determine few if any laws other than there Veto.

The US Government has a patent on Cannabis, forms of delivering it in medication form. Even down to what it can be prescribed for. Google it. If the Fed came in and started arresting people for breaking US Patent laws it would be one more stick on the keg of dynamite here. People are not trusting of the Government even in MSM polls. We have had more rights taken away, the list goes on.

They let the medical cannabis issue die in the Senate, never will pass. Keep in mind local law enforcement in many States never bothered with pot smokers, trend change with money. Back in the late 90's the Feds stared going through States, in small rural areas and point blank told local police departments that they had to crack down on pot users. They would lose funding. So maney places started to see this crack down and this scared people when it came to signing petitions, check NORML and some of the State Laws.

Police get more funding from the Feds the more casual or drug addicts arrest. You can pass all the laws and in the end the Feds will have there way.

Try to stick with me as I was a activist, I also have seen the mistakes supporters make.

I just watched another video of Military dressed police on peaceful demonstrators, police brutality is deplorable. I note the behavior of the police in the video I saw. Then I see a guy hold a sign with Mickey mouse on it and said Look Kiddies the Militant Police. Quite a few shouted to the police, this is a F------- Peaceful demonstration. Several times. Where I come from that in itself is breaking the law, to me those words en site violence and at that point the cop charged in as its all they needed to hike everyone around.

They cannot play videos on local networks that I know of with people shouting F this and that over and over. For a lot of people, the ONES you want on your side, they find it offensive. Free speech is that, not cursing no matter how much you all do this now, it would insight a riot at my house if anyone started using this language. The Public is for everyone, race, creed, religion so learn how to respect others freedoms. Even on boards and the comments on the net, its really hard to get anyone to vote for anything when they have to read some of the well thought out comments.

Places that it is legal, keep in mind people voted for medical as they had compassion. They did not expect to be driving there kids to the store to have to deal with people who smoke in front of the Cannabis shop, or standing outside waiting for a bus. Next time you see a diabetic take a shot out on the street corner let me know. If you see people pull out there script of Oxycontin or anything for that matter on a huge scale. Young people openly selling it on the street or in front of a convenience store, at least one of them has medical so they all say.

Well I had my rant, and I am sure few read this as I will get called names. I do not care, but if that is all anyone has is names for Orombeney or anyone, if we are around to argue 10 years from now, know I am right. If people get smarter younger and listen to there Elders or even each other then who knows.

Well said. I still think people would be better off hiring a Patent Attorney, few my age even know the US Fed has patent rights on Cannabis. Drawing attention to this fact would start a conversation with a lot of Americans as to why?.

The Drug Companies will not make a profit until all natural means to THC are eliminated. Then it will get an FDA/Drug Number and you will be able to buy it at the Drug Store at a nice hefty profit for the Pharma industry.

Horseshit. There are already THC pills on the market and have been for a very long time. The botanical content of THC is half of the high and anyone that's taken the pharm version will tell you they do not work properly.
