yeah, i used to take a B6, or is it B12 before sleep. gonna do that agian, with bannana and cheese. one night i dreamed of exstacy pills and taking them and running around my neigborhood hugging fat girls and stuff, dont know if i already posted this one but the dream was weird, cuz it related to the B6 i took. wrote it down in my journal one of my favorite dreams so far although ill never do exstacy

howd u do it, i eat that stuff and go to bed at like 11, then set alarm at 3 in morning then write down what i remember, then go back to sleep for another 8 or so hours, sometimes i listen to this 15 minute reiki meditating song that sounds kinda cosmic to me, and thats how i got to sleep paralysis but i dunno wat to do next. im workin on trying to realize that im in a dream and somehow controling it

carlos castaneda said look at your hands in your dream as soon as you realize you are dreaming.

It's trippy, and it works.

stars RE: All about sleep- Dream recall, lucid dreams and astral projections
I have these weird dreams where I seem to float through a rip or tear into another dimension. Its always into the past and very detailed (clothing, objects, modes of transportation, etc.) Usually non-eventful, as if I'm just walking around but very "real". I don't run into trouble or danger yet I have no interaction with anyone. The only exception was one time I was lying on a WWI battlefield and tanks were about to run me over...but I woke up.

When I leave this other "dimension", I float back through the rip/tear and begin to see weird things in an almost kaleidoscope-like order which is always black & white. Its weird combination of stuff like skulls, barbed wire, knives, screaming faces, planets, animals, flowers, spiderwebs, candles, or fire....anything. It just pops up, no rhyme or reason.

hello there the great thinker returns in a post that i hope is somewhat popular compared to my others. I am now researching about how to recall my dreams, ive heard that u have to really want it and say it to urself for a while. and eating foods like bannanas, and cheese and drinking water helps, also b6 vitamin im pretty sure. I have a dream journal, and i am planning to buy a much more peaceful alarm clock in the near future. I was wondering if there are any LOPers that have had any of these dream experiences or astral projections?

take a short cut, get one of these

It won't do it for you all by itself, but it sure speeds things along.
