trying very hard to enslave everyone in America under Communism

Zimmerman will be arraigned on 29 MAY 2012, Charged, and then, later, tried before a Jury of his Peers, if he so chooses via a "not guilty" plea. His choice.

If he pleads the fifth repeatedly, and especially to the question of who touched whom first in their confrontation, well... things will get difficult for him. If he says he touched Trayvon first, well, he's guilty. If it is proven that Trayvon touched him first, and the Jury accepts that, well... Zimmerman walks.
