So if the DNS was seized by the DOJ then how is it currently being Operated by the Discovery Channel and all images saying it was "seized" are being hosted on discovery channel servers and the DNS is not set to expire till October.

and the final proof given in the two hour program was a video taken from a boy's video phone which somehow filmed him fairly upclose but not in a way in which he held the camera himself and too close and too stable for a friend to be carrying it next to him (without a tripod such filming is all over the place), then it showed the mermaid turn and screech when you thought there wouldn't be any sound, and then the boy runs away with the camera pointing down at his feet as he runs much like you would have expected to have seen in a Blair Witch movie... now, if they are lieing about that video being real, one can only imagine everything else they presented is equally dubious and full of BS
