It'll be just starting, but visible in West Tennessee. I have a great, uninterrupted western sky view during that time (~7pm). I'll take the camera out on the porch, and see what comes up. It'll only be partial, here, but still neato, none the less, and an exciting sunset.

This map is awesome-- click on your state, and it shows you exactly what you'll see!

RE: Anyone Notice that Today's Annular Eclipse . . .
I was down in Manavgat for the 2006 Eclipse and took the initiative to do a 'before and after' experiment on the beach. Just a basic line of sticks and observing the Lunar/Solar pull on the Mediterranean. The med has no observable tidal fluctuations so I knew doing this experiment I could gauge how much pull was being exerted to the Earth.

Turns out when the Eclipse was over the water-line had gone up by 25cm, on a basin with no tides that's a pretty good result. All I have to do now is convert the lunar mass to the Med's total area of water square.
