and personally i think the worst addiction i ever had to kick was benzo's. hell i still feel wierd and it's been 5 yrs.

for anyone that thinks xanax is a miracle drug, just wait till you have to give it up.

Valerian, GABA, Passionflower, etc...

Whatever you do, do it in moderation. Makes kicking the habit much easier in the long run.

but i take it VERY rarely

after major anxiety attacks from events

take it only only when i am wound up and freaking out over shit

i am not ashamed to say it

meaning maybe twice a month max..

they can be helpful

they are NOT a recreational drug..

Valerian works for mild insomnia (if taken occasionally), but that's really it.

Here's a little info on GABA:

And Passionflower works about as well as Valerian, maybe a little bit better.

I suffer from mild anxiety/insomnia and am always trying new herbs to help with my condition (will not get on big pharma prescribed drugs, so it's a neverending journey).

Rauwolfia is easy to grow too and makes an excellent ornamental houseplant.
