Without the "social mores and constraints" of the current dominant culture on this planet, true socio/psycopathy will get weeded out pretty quickly(aka shot dead as the mad-dog it is); rather than being allowed to metastisize itself into the seats of power so common in our civilization.

Exactly. And then there are douche bags who claim to be anarchists but are instead douche bags that think claiming to be an anarchist gives them excuse to be a douche bag.

Sadly most people associate this with anarchism now.
