I drank every day alcoholically for a year after falling down the rabbit hole, so I can't blame anybody else for doing the same thing. It's unhealthy drinking that much for that long, though. It's good to not press your luck or drain limited financial resources, imo. Of course, it can be a helpful relaxation or temporary stress-relief elixir/placebo as well...

I dont judge anyone...heck, I did a lot of drugs and drank quite a bit...but alcohol is the worst..it's so unhealthy drinking daily and in quantity

I don't touch alcohol anymore..maybe a beer during an NFL game..or a holiday..but really just one or 2 a few times a year..I guess i'm lucky I dont have an addiction to it so I can drink once in awhile...but rarely choose to.

I enjoy a good drink, in the same way I enjoy eating fruit, drinking Tea, or going into the countryside for a hike. Knowing when to quit after a nights 'fun' is the key, luckily I never have anything more than 4x cans in the fridge or Jack Daniels which after a couple of cokes starts to taste rank anyway.
