A) A bright white light appears in your room while you are asleep or in the hypnagogic or hypnopompic state.

B) The light appears to be sentient or intelligently operated and will change locations in your room.

C) This Light related phenomena accompanies, lucid dreaming, strong dreams or visions, Night Terrors or strong feelings of fear, hostility or tranquility.

My theory is that these interdimensional watchers often interact with us while we are in the sleep stage; alter our normal dream state and can insert information at will- thus programming or re-programming us like machines.

What are your thoughts?

Haven't seen much, but there are often very feelable things present. I do think we humans are only one part of the reality here, and are definitely manipulated and coerced like so many chickens in a factory farm.

One night, I woke up with sleep paralysis and saw something similar.
I was dreaming that I was fixing my car at night, under a street light.
For whatever reason, I stared at the street light and began waking up from my sleep. I could tell I was awake, but the light from the street light was still in the upper corner of my bedroom. Not the physical lamp, but the light from it was still glowing. It swirled into a vortex and faded out in about 5-10 seconds and then I was able to move again.

I didn't get the feeling it was alive or intelligent or anything. It was more like I caught a glimpse of the dreamworld and realworld phasing apart.

To say this quick, last year I had a square white light on the wall of my bedroom that was about a foot by a foot..wasn't any light from any source that I could see where it came from. For some reason I was too tired to even investigate it..

An exterior light or is it internal?

**Full Circle**

Not inside the room, but three very bright, small, light blue lights flitted outside my window. But it was fast and they were gone by the time I got up and moved the curtain to see what it was.

If it's giving you any fear then it's probably not good. All the times I came into contact with spirits they respond and obey to the name of Jesus. Religious or not it will work.

A few years ago, my wife & I were sitting on the couch watching a movie when out of nowhere this little cloud like light about 3 inches long slowly spiraled about 4 feet right across right in front of us then it disappeared. Freaked us both out for quite awhile. On a weekly basis we see sparks out light appear & vanish. We live in an old apt. building, so....
