Seen Orbs, flashes (as if someone was taking a picture IN the room), family calling me from downstairs when it's only been myself in the house, someone screaming into my ear, lightbulbs blowing (last one was 2 days ago), and probably more weird stuff over the years that's escaped my memory.

It's called your brain is awake, but your body is till in paralysis. Believe it or not your body goes into paralysis at night. Basically your brain shuts down your body so you don't walk around and do things. Your brain gives off chemicals to nervous system which shuts down your spine. I have woken up with sleep paralysis and it sucks. You do see things, but there is nothing there. It is just your imagination and your mind playing tricks on you while it is trying to flush out the chemicals so you can get up.

My theory is that these interdimensional watchers often interact with us while we are in the sleep stage; alter our normal dream state and can insert information at will- thus programming or re-programming us like machines.

They aren't "interdimensional" they live on Earth in this dimension, there is no evidence of any other dimension or alternative universe or whatever yet no matter what they (these entities) claim.

They are entirely living beings, they are sentient and intelligent (as much as humans) and can appear in different forms. They are made of ionized gas essentially (plasma) and are gaseous looking most of the time, they can expand and contract and seep through small cracks by extending their membranes and they can also accelerate and ignite becoming like a ball of light or other ignited forms when they accelerate their particles otherwise they look like a mist with a kind of "static rain" bouncing around inside that looks like static or rain and those are probably little bits of matter or maybe some particles that have stuck together or something.

They are sensitive to electrical equipment and can influence electrical equipment. They can speak and usually speak whatever language is the common one in the area they were born in and live in and can be recorded using normal devices though they usually speak quietly as in a whisper and also at times some can try to influence people through sub audible whispers. Like if I say "cat" barely audible in your ear you might think of a "cat", but they can't control people or their minds contrary to many stories of possession.

THEY FEED just like us, but they don't eat SOLID MATTER. Just as we are made of solid matter and eat solid matter stuff, they are made of gaseous matter and feed on flammable gasses such as methane and other gasses both natural and artificial.

They hang out at trash piles, grave yards, forests (places with decay for gas release), swamps, and visit bars and gas stations for the alcohol vapors and gas vapors which are all useful as food/fuel which allows them to do these accelerated ignition things and also to travel high in the sky.

The can go to the very border of space way up where oxygen is thin or non existent but eventually need to fly back down to Earth.

THEY ARE EARTH BEINGS, TERRESTRIAL, NOT ALIENS, NOT INTERDIMENSIONAL, and they have existed with humans since humans have been around and humans have written much about them and at times in gestures of friendship poured alcoholic vaporous libations to them or burned offerings for friendship, at times these beings have made contracts with people and their tribes and families.

A racist faction of these beings tries to manipulate world leaders who seek their advice into creating plans and policies that would harm the rest of humanity (though they sell it as being a good and necessary evil). These are the radicals among them, as there are many different factions, the majority do not participate with human activities and like most humans are concerned with their own life, diet, and mating.
