Hey you. How're you? Everyone can lower bp by focusing on your breathing & heart rate. You ask your body to it slow down & it will. I started by imagining roots growing out of my feet & reaching down to the core of the earth to tap into the energy. Then when I was relaxed I put my energy into slowing down my breathing & heart rate. The earth energy also worked for a a strength exercise.

I've learned a lot over time about trusting others and it's not been a good thing. You can trust others to do and be exactly what they have always done and been for the most part. Very few people ever do the hard work of changing. It does sound cynical and I suppose it is.

Trusting myself is another matter all together. LOL

I do hope for others to make those needed changes.

Mercury Opposing Saturn – Pressure Building

Mercury in Aries is opposing Saturn in Libra now, the aspect is exact on Saturday under the Full Moon in Scorpio. The phrase “tongue depressor” comes to mind. I see information (Mercury) being controlled (Saturn) in a variety of ways for a variety of reasons. This is true in my personal life as well as in the news.
