i found this hope it helps
How to Get Rid of a Sebaceous Cyst
A sebaceous cyst is a closed sac or cyst below the surface of the skin that has a lining that resembles the higher part of a hair follicle and fills with a greasy white. Sebum is produced in sebaceous glands of the epidermis. A foul smell is also often here in the substance called keratin which fills sebaceous cysts. Keratin is a protein that creates the sac of cells called sebaceous cysts. The bumps or lumps that can experience under the skin are really the sac of cells. Sebaceous cysts can occur on any skin surface, but are most common on the face, back or foundation of the ears, chest, and support. Sebaceous cysts do not have to be removed except they are cosmetically unacceptable or if they get infected. An infected sebaceous cyst is red, inflamed, and painful. It should be treated with antibiotics and then removed when it is not swollen.

A sebaceous cyst is a clogged sac under the skin filled with a cheese-like or oily, semi-solid material called sebum. In some cases, however, cysts can get swollen and become tender to the touch. Sebaceous cysts also are called epidermal cysts, keratin cysts, or epidermoid cysts. Sebaceous cysts are common in adults but infrequent in the children. It is not a canerous and it should not touch and try to remove otherwise can be infected, softness or can become severe. Sometimes sebaceous cysts develop larger that they can intervene with your everyday life. However, if they continue to grow, they can become ugly, painful, infected, or all of the above. Surgical excision of a sebaceous cyst is an easy procedure to entirely remove the sac and its contents. Sebaceous cysts can seldom become infected and form into painful abscesses. It is significant when sebaceous cysts are surgically removed that the whole sac is excised to help preventing a recurrence.[Image: 2905_4D8A4C4D.jpg]

Get some Orajel.. And apply it topically.. It's benzocaine.. Notice the Caine part?? It numbs well in wounds and should allow you to go a bit deeper. If it starts to hurt again, pour more on it, rub it in, and get as much down in the lance hole as you can. If you keep doing this, you should have a few minute window where you can do whatever with minimal pain.

Heartflowers

Or some lightly stepped on toot.

That would be a waste.. lol But if you have that in decent quantity and were using it, this thread wouldn't be necessary... lol

how much did you get out? you will most likely need to slice it open with a sharp, CLEAN (sterilized), razor. just a poke with a needle or whatever usually wont open it up enough to get it all out.

Try putting hot wet towels on it and force it to a head. That's what the doctors told me. Alcohol pads applied after the stinky, greasy and disgusting is closed up might help dry that shit up. For FSM sake please keep everything clean.

Obviously, I am not a doctor.

I am however a Bachelor of Science.

You're going to mess around and let it get too sore to touch let alone poke with a sharp object. Best to get a bottle of liquor, drink 3 shots in a row, numb it up with anything you have with benzocaine in it (sunburn gel has it in it too a lot of times), hold your breath and jab jab jab..

chuckle

If you can, hurry over to a Tractor Supply Co. They have presterilized surgical scalpels. They also have bottles of betadine for prep.
