Newly released court documents in the Aurora, CO theater “Batman massacre” case reveals startling inside accusations about who may actually be behind the shootings that left at least 70 people either dead or injured in the early morning hours of July 20th.

Friday's report by the online version of Denver's Westword Magazine details shocking claims made by, what appears to be, a new victim in a case that has throttled a community still in mourning over the tragic events. According to the court documents an individual, whose name has been officially redacted from the documents, came forward to file a “Motion to Intervene” for the right to be reasonably heard under the Crime Victims' Rights Act (a)(4), for the purposes of presenting newly discovered evidence to the court.

Corroborating much of a recent Conspiracy Examiner story maintaining the situation as potentially being another horrific (rogue government faction) conspiracy and possible false-flag event, the newly discovered evidence, thrown out of court by Judge William Sylvester days later, details stunning accusations against billionaire Philip Anschutz, Police Chief Dan Oates, Arapaho County Dist. Atty. Carol Chambers and, according to the alleged victim, the Illuminati as being potential co-conspirators in the crime.

The stunning accusations, dated August 27, reveal a startling story by the claimant as having been visited at home by police chief Dan Oates and Dist. Atty. Carol Chambers where they forced the unnamed individual to testify as a fake victim of the shootings, under the threat of being arrested for prostitution and escort services and charity fraud, for the purposes of garnering an easy conviction against alleged shooter James Holmes. But not before being shot by the police chief in “non-life-threatening areas” of the body, according to the motion, to appear as having been shot by James Holmes himself. The motion also claims that it is likely some of the victims in the theater were merely paid actors working on behalf of the conspirators and wants multiple individuals involved in the situation to take polygraph tests to prove their innocence.

Claiming that their conscience will not let fraudulent testimony contribute to an improper conviction of James Holmes, the new mystery victim asked that the judge submit the case to the FBI and the US Congress for further investigation into the alleged conspiracy. The judge, however, instead of taking a closer look, decided to strike down the motion as fraudulent, claiming the motion as likely forged by an individual or individuals unassociated with the events. The judge also suggested the situation be investigated by the Arapahoe County Sheriff's office and those responsible for the motion be taken into custody by the Arapahoe County Department of Human Services and “referred to the appropriate mental health agency.”

So just because this testimony is so out of the ordinary they simply assume it must be false and order to have the person sent to a mental health facility.

Anyone with two braincells to rub together can see there is something not right here.

The perp will be seen making his escape on the goddamn video from the corner of the back of the building.

The blood trail leading back into the back door is from an innocent little girl who this sick perp tried to lift and take with him as he escaped to the getaway car. The girl broke free and was shot point blank before running back towards the door gushing with every step.

I still can't see whether she was one who survived. It is certainly doubtful.

These elites, the Illuminati, were forced to commit this act as a last ditch effort to prevent Holmes' father from naming names of those responsible for the libor scandal in a court of law. He had the names and was scheduled to appear in court and it could have had the potential to expose those at the very top. Meaning the utmost high levels of control behind the scenes; the Illuminati themselves.

But they also understand that it is virtually the most obvious flase flag event meaning it should be expected there will be many who can see past the charade.

They could have got to Holmes Snr easily

The fact they went about it this way as you suggest only magnifies the situation because EVERYONE seen it on TV

They don't need to do that to get a message across

If they wanted Holmes Snr gone and what he knew covered up, this almost certainly wasn't the way to do it

And even if Holmes Snr was being protected, a DELTA team would get him easy

That's why i don't buy the LIBOR thingy

This suggests that the conspiracy is some kind of bizarre game where certain players can't bet taken out. Plus if you wanted to silence someone wouldn't you threaten them with their sons death. Seems like killing his family would make it MORE likely that he speaks out. What does he have left to lose?

I think the real 'perpetrators' are perobly putting on their usual 'freak show circus', in order to obscure the true anomolies that can be found.

I first thought Holmes was totally framed. Wasnt even ever in the theater. But more recently, Im thinking maby he was just drugged and 'possessed'. And was involved. The other people involved. The guy that opened the theater door, the other gas mask. These are signs that its pretty sure, he didnt act alone.

I think he was the innocent set up, to profile very intelligent white graduate students as the place we should be looking for trouble, while it comes at us from the other direction, where we might be looking for it, without all this misdirection.

I think the other guys involved were bad guys that were facilitating the event, and meant to get away.

I think this circus in court is to make all the people who claim there is a conspiracy look silly. They are probly 'whacko nutjobs', possessed much like Holmes to provide yet another distraction, from our usual scrutiny, lest we stumble onto, their plot.

But that would have been too obvious, see. It would be like tantamount to revealing themselves outright. They can't just go after the guy, people would have noticed if he had had anybody on his side. They have to use subversion tactics from behind the scenes.

They are literally holding this guy's son hostage in the jail.

That's their modus operandi; they make their enemy into the perceived perpetrator in the eyes of the public while using it as a message, the purpose is control of an individual from a distance.
