The War of Northern Aggression (or “The Civil War” if you are government school “educated”) was the Washington DC’s first attack on the Constitution and the Federalism which convinced states to ratify it.

It effectively made the statement that the contract between the states was null and void, and that Washington DC was the Rome of the American Empire. The 10th amendment was, supposedly null and voided without ever having been repealed.

The modern-day effect of that travesty is now being made manifest in the rule of Barack Hussein Obama (or whatever he’s calling himself this year) who not only is treating the states as if they don’t exist, but is asserting power as if Congress itself, the representatives of the states, does not exist. He is more disconnected from the will of the people than King George could ever have dreamed of being.

Barack Hussein Obama is effectively forcing the states whose citizens uniformly rejected his African-style rule of personality over rule of law into a position where they must re-state the Declaration of Independence

When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

Thomas Jefferson on November 29, 1775 said: “Believe me, dear Sir: there is not in the British empire a man who more cordially loves a union with Great Britain than I do. But, by the God that made me, I will cease to exist before I yield to a connection on such terms as the British Parliament propose; and in this, I think I speak the sentiments of America.”

Is there any real American who could not restate Jefferson’s words in modern terms and updated references?

But, by the God that made me, I will cease to exist before I yield to a connection on such terms as the Obama Regime and Congress propose; and in this, I think I speak the sentiments of America.”

Over the last 4 years, Obama and the Democrat machine has declared the War of Federal Aggression on Americans who simply wish to live according to the dictates of decency and the rules laid out in the Constitution.

It is time to acknowledge their stealth and overt attacks, and respond accordingly.
