New developing reaction from North Korea:

N. Korea threatens to blow up Seoul over defamation of its leader

SEOUL, April 19 (Yonhap) -- North Korea urged South Korea Thursday to offer an apology over the alleged defamation of Pyongyang's milestone festival, a day after its military threatened to blow up Seoul.

The latest harsh rhetoric comes amid tensions following the North's failed rocket launch last week. The U.N. Security Council has condemned the launch and called on member states to find ways to tighten sanctions on the communist country.

The North Korean government accused South Korea of insulting the North's dignity over the celebrations marking the centennial of the April 15 birth of the country's late founder Kim Il-sung, the grandfather of current leader Kim Jong-un.

... North Korea will stage a "sacred war to wipe out the group of traitors unless South Korea immediately apologize for insulting" the anniversary celebrations, the North Korean government said in an English-language dispatch carried by the country's official Korean Central News Agency.

There is always propaganda to be found at yonhap. This is far from the first time they have purposely misrepresented what NK has said.

It was taken out of context. Its North Korean style rhetoric. They still have not hired a decent English translator. But why take anyones word for it? You can see the original Korean text from the front page of the site or the English here.

In view of the ceaseless grave provocations which should not be overlooked, the Supreme Command of the Korean People's Army, as already declared, solemnly re-clarifies the will to wage an uninterrupted all-army and all-people sacred war to wipe out the Lee Myung Bak group of traitors, the sworn enemy with whom the nation can never live under the same sky.

They have the will to fight a rhetorical war.

North Korea is definitely pushing it to the max...here we go folks!

Restless N. Korea readies another ballistic missile - report

Seoul claims North Korea is assembling another heavy ballistic missile similar to the ill-fated one launched on April 13.

Seoul’s assumptions are based on American space reconnaissance data. They say both rockets were delivered at the site simultaneously around March 23. One rocket was unsuccessfully launched last week, falling to pieces less than two minutes after the launch.

The second rocket, presumably of the same type and specifications, is being prepared for launch in a hangar at at the Tongch'ang-dong Space Launch Center in woodland some 50 kilometers from the border with China.

Seoul believes Pyongyang wants to compensate for the unfortunate launch of the Unha-3 that was supposed to take first North Korean satellite into an orbit.

Just out of curiosity...does anyone here listen to Rick Wiles on TruNews?
This week, Wed-Fri shows, lots of guys, the Bible believers call them 'watchmen'....had very interesting round table talks about the end of the summer going into the end of the year. You don't have to necessarily be a believer but might be worth a listen.

And NK seriously overestimated its impression if they thought that American soldiers were going to be afraid of a missile called the No Dong.
