Couple years ago in Virginia Bobby McDonald, the ultrasound, can't protest on state property, can't be in a union and let me fly a drone over your house governor stated making state employees have direct deposit or get issued a pay card through a state bank, the banks are married with gov. The guy in the vid keeps saying (and that speaking style personally drives me nuts, so it was very difficult to listen all the way through) "they've been wanting to do this all along"....but never touched on why. What he doesn't seem to realize is that it's quite the opposite....banks and the central banks have been trying to avoid this all along... chuckle
