but back to the subject, how many billions of dollars did we send them to disarm their nukes? which were crap to begin with, we had no way of knowing that they disarmed them, and they took the money and upgraded everything. more than likely bought american rocket guidance systems from the chinese.

Ya know, Ive never really thought about that. Its a great point and no doubt youd be correct that that money went to our own destruction.

Its like all the money the Fed funneled to the fledgling soviet empire (and before) to fund the rise of communism. All on the hard-working (at that time) American taxpayers back.
