You may be onto something. I live in the state and can tell you that in the wee hours of the night I have never heard so many helicopters.

The Russians are Paranoid Schizophrenics. I lived among them for over 6 years and have met some very high level Russians..like Kremlin high level. One whose former position I cannot say.. has a home like a fortress..with his own paramilitary surrounding it.. and a room the size of a normal bedroom stacked 6 feet high with bales of $100 bills and Euros and who knows what else.
