How the hell do they know there's a 95% chance for this friday for something that is ruled by chance ???

One idea I had, which may be off, is since the PTB funds are getting cut off on a global level, this is probably a way for them to get funds. (The feds take 30 percent of the winnings.) 30 percent of 640 million is 192 million.

Could be, who knows.
