The law says if someone is committing a crime and it breaks common law, you may use reasonable and necessary force to stop, detain or remove suspect from the premises until Police arrive. If they resist, do what you gotta do. The law allows for this. With three guys on one and they are having a hard time controlling him, it's obvious he is resisting and has become a danger to himself as well as bystanders.

If it were me, I would have knocked him the f*ck out with a bottle of wine.
