Buzzed by Cessna
Getting pissed off. For the last few years there has been a Cessna buzzing around overhead in the northern part of the county. Everyone assumed at first that it was just a local private flyer. But as it was up there constantly, people began to assume that it was a news/traffic plane. But we never get any news or traffic reports.
So clearly it is a manned f*ckin drone scoping out druggies or whatever.
What is pissing me the f*ck off now is that this spork has gotten into the habit of high speed buzz passes on neighborhoods. Not only does this shit wake up the second shift workers, but it is very dangerous with lots of powerlines and so forth.
If this I'm unable to think straight buys it, I hope its close enough that I can kick him in the balls before he checks out.

So has anybody bothered to get his "N" number and report him? If he's flying that low (and a single-engine Cessna isn't exactly a bolt of lightning) surely it's visible and needs to be reported for altitude violations as well as a nuisance.

Well then call the authorities with a description of the plane. If you're certain it's a Cessna just a color would suffice. There are extremely few aircraft out there that have no side number (Nxxxxx) painted on the plane somewhere. Granted some have them painted so small they're hard to see. But if calls to local airports, LEO's, etc. go unanswered, then that pretty much tells the tale.

Yup. Only chance to stop this fubar, dangerous conduct is to get video. These cockroaches only scatter when you shine a light at 'em.
A few years ago, I was working on a farm house. I walk around the corner of the house and there's a police helicopter hovering about 200 feet away and about 100 feet off the ground. I guess in his muddled little peabrain he must have been thinking we were having a Mexican standoff. Or something. After 20 or 30 seconds of this, the stupid ass flew away but he was not in good control of his ship.
These cops in aircraft are total nutjobs. I think they've seen one too many cop movies.

I get buzzed by choppers even closer. Literally in between houses, hovering there. I got in trouble for hitting one with a rock. Turned out they were from the electric company, allegedly anyway.

No they're on there, it's a legal requirement of the FAA even for branches of so-called 'law enforcement'.
Look on the vertical tail, the current FAA regs state the N-number has to be presented in either 3 or 12 inch high digits, depending on max cruising speed... Which on a Cessna ain't gonna be over 180 knots to require the foot-tall lettering. At 3-inches in size they can be hard to spot but it's on there, I'd 99.9999 percent bet on it.
