Yessiree it did! and while I feel bad for those who suffered from the hail and tornados, this rain is SO BADLY NEEDED for the state! Drought is part and parcel of California, but we've had more drought than deluge so I say MORE! MORE!

Yep, and you can keep em down there! Thank goodness its too mountainous up here in Redding to get twisters, although we've had mini-ones that have tossed lumber around.

I joked I was gonna get a rain stick a couple weeks back. Seriously begging it to rain at this point. So it's been good to get a few rain showers this week.

Be careful for what you wish for (people will probably learn to regret asking for the things they want... there is such a thing as too much rain...).

Honestly I don't care anymore. I wish for a flood of biblical proportions at this point.

Yep. When you are faced with water rationing and you have five acres to keep green through summers that see nary a drop of rain and 110°F temperatures, you want rain.

I've lived through the La Niña years and the El Niño years, either bitter, record winter cold and dryness for seven years or deluge for months (one exceptional year had rain every day for four winter months) and I've had this property flood three times since we've moved here.

I say, let it rain! Njihtnht
