The constant spraying of metals such as aluminum and barium created high levels of CO2 in the stratosphere thus deflectiing sunlight back to the Earth which caused the droughts in the Midwest, why, well, to raise prices for food and oil. I can't see a correlation between chemtrails and this drought.

I have seen some indications that chemtrails can mitigate storms, and their are multistate contracts with Weather Modification INC to mitigate storms(using whatever technologies they use)

Contracts that appear to me to be a conflict of interests. Can they prove the contract with Oklahoma doesn't adversely effect Arkansas?

There are too many factors involved for me to conclude Chemtrails caused the drought.

Like the Gulf Stream and the Jet stream.

Plus it's a dumb way to "kill us." There are easier ways.
