Are the symbols for us, or for them? Does understanding the meaning behind the symbols change the effect they may have on us (when we view them)?

Old symbols are also public domain. I told a glass blower one time all meanings to the occult symbols in his glass logo and he didn't know what they meant... just that they were free....

So right. You know, anyone could have come up with a shape like a star some time in history, it's just those people went and claimed it first and used it for their own stuff.

Either way, I don't understand how they capitalise on so many symbols. What DON'T they own?

I often agree with you, but I think you are a bit off in assuming that these companies changed their logos because "we're onto them". Can you explain why you think that?

The Republican right wing whackos should be onto the Republican Party's logo. You'd think the Republican Party would have been forced to change their logo years ago.....but they haven't.

Next time you go to WM take a look around. Notice how modular they are. You can clear out the aisles to make huge open areas. They have enormous open land around their buildings too - you can get a lot of military vehicles in there and even land choppers. Many are near to rail lines. Many also have water storage tanks big enoung for a small town. Speaking of which, there is a WM almost everywhere - what is the ratio of people to WM units? Do we need FEMA camps when there is a WM in every community. Just throw up some razor wire and wheel in some mobile guard towers and you're done. There was a study done a while back that determied that there is manpower in every community right now willing to man such facilities. Plus WM has huge NSAesque data centers - and lots of cams everywhere.
