The megaquake hit Japan. The Axis of the Earth did shift. Japan moved closer to the United States by more than 10 feet. Just because it didn't happen in California doesn't mean it didn't happen. It didn't end the world but it ended the world as Japan knows it. The nuclear disaster is worse there than we are being told.
