yes, she's alive, but him using that weapon on her has robbed her of her sight, her independence, and a good part of her life.

Any cop that shoots an unarmed civilian who is not threatening his safety needs to be fired, and face criminal charges.

Someday they are going to do this to the "WRONG" person, and there will be a huge backlash that nobody is going to believe.

The woman got what she deserved, and it's ridiculous this cop is even being charged with anything. She RESISTED arrest -- bad things happen when you don't follow a police officer's commands! What's he supposed to do, beg her to please do what he needs her to do ?

Just like what happened with that bum in Fullerton, California -- he disobeyed EIGHT lawful orders before the cops were forced to get physical with him. Do what the police tell you to do and you won't get hurt.

seriously though, it's every day that a cop is brutalizing another person or a beloved pet. This time is growing weary. There needs to be a deletion of all police officers nationwide.
People do mistakes, but it is not up to cops to judge them actually in my opinion it is not up to any human to judge any other human.
If you're a Christian or a believer then God is the judge. if you're a non-believer then The Universe will judge.

i don't know why i feel the need to respond to every single parasite such as yourself. But you are the scum of the Earth. With your beliefs and your love of judgement wielding pigscum, I wouldn't wish their retribution on any person except the ones that praise them so much.

ACtually that might happen or the incident is a balancing of karma, which is why we shouldn't take vengeance into our own hands. I see it everyday. There is no getting away from universal law. Being 'aware' is recognizing this fact.
