The above child was kidnapped from his mother while leaving the pediatrician’s office at 25230 Burrough Park Dr, Spring, TX around 14:40 hrs. today. A black female shot the child’s Mother and took the baby. Some witnesses say a black male was also involved and was in the passenger seat when the shooter fled. Suspect was driving Southbound on Burrough Park towards I-45. Unknown direction of travel from there.

The child’s Mother was later pronounced dead at Hermann Memorial, The Woodlands, TX.

I heard it on the radio this morning. Mother was shot seven times! As she lay dying, the culprits drove off in a Lexus, I believe. The Woodlands is an affluent place to live. I am happy to know that the killer was caught and the baby recovered. Thank you for the update.

We are hearing reports as bad or worse as this one, but out of a population of 311,000,000 people, we only hear of the unthinkable, not the good that is being done by the rest of us. Why is that! Is it for sensationalism that we hear only of the atrocities?

What about the black kids in Chicago who are being beaten to death on a daily basis that we never hear about? Or the young ladies raped by gangs? What's being done about it by the cops?

My child constantly makes me aware of all the sounds I cannot hear.

The shooting is more shocking than the kidnapping, to me.

Bail was denied for Verna McClain.

I found quite preposterous that they would even ask for bail for her.
They said she had family obligations, well so did Kayla Golden! S977

She has been charged with capitol murder.
She said she needed a baby to keep her fiance' because she suffered a miscarriage needed to produce a baby. She called him and told him she had delivered a baby and actually thought he would believe her even though both her and her fiance' are both black.

One thing that has been bothering me through this case, is several witnesses said there was an accomplice in the shooting, and they have not yet picked him up.

The motive sounds like b.s. A black woman with a white baby would attract attention everywhere. Sounds more like the 'we got caught' version, leaving a more sordid real version of motive untold. Like kidnapping to sell the baby.
