Typical US sheep response on the sue immediately over nothing. It says on the label before you even buy it so how can you sue? You have the RIGHT not to purchase their products as well so I hope you get laughed out of court if you do win it.

Personally if I had a winning candy bar id get on a plane to some 24 hour there and back trip....good luck making good on that promise Nestle :P I think this RFID candy bar is more to "test" on a wide scale how far the technology has come. If they can do it with one candy bar (randomly in their country) successfully then they can do it on everything else.

So it does say on the candy bar that it maybe chipped??? is it on the outside of all the wrappers?? also is it in small print ??? and is it only on the winning wrapper?? if not then your could sue, thats not an american thing that's just common sense. You make me ingest a mircochip i dont want and against my faith you better be ready to go to court. I would hope they couldnt win, unless they make it clear on the wrapper. People won lawsuits for burning themselves with hot coffee.... unless i signed something i think they would be f'ed

like op said before, they are going to practice tracking someone down with this new rfid techology. We are allowing them to get better at rounding us all up. If you don't have a problem with people getting rounded up then go buy a nestle candy bar.... I can leave my cell phone home but i cant hide if it's in my food, see the difference
