Really? Oh, maybe I grabbed the wrong photo. Look at the link. There is a debate photo and then some pics of other times Obama wore the same earpiece. Good eye!

That's because they were showing other times he wore the earpiece to cross reference the debate photo's earpiece....for comparison.

It's not a crime to wear an earpiece unless you're taking a test or participating in a debate that allows no notes to be referred to....then, it's called cheating.

I didn't see the earpiece last night, but at one point he jerked his head up and had a surprised look on his face. Then he stared into space a few times right after that while Romney was speaking intensely focused look at the air in front of him. It 'could' have been from a Romney comment and was played off as such, but the comment wasn't that surprising or divisive. I thought right then he has an earpiece but the 'play off performance' was just enough for me to think, nooooo, he just wasn't expecting Romney to say that. Anyways, thank you for the confirmation.
