A massive uprising is impossible in America.

Let's review:

a war that was sold on lies of WMD that lasted 8 years on a country that had NOTHING to do with 9-11 = no uprising whatsoever.

tens and tens of thousands of homes repossessed based on the sudden massive destruction of home values caused by banks selling the living fkk out of mortgage backed securities causing an international depression AND THEN getting 100% bailed out by the very taxpayers that got screwed over = no uprising whatsoever.

My best suggestion is to get out of the cities, because they'll go first and suffer most.

If you're already rural - and the farther out the better - you'll do OK.
