The decision effectively ends an appeal process by Parisi; his websites Whitehouse.com, Whitehouse Networks Inc, and Whitehouse Networks; and his Patton Boggs attorneys of the February 28, 2012, decision of U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia Richard Leon dismissing the case against Sinclair, Rense, Sinclair's book sellers, and his book distributors. Had the appeals process continued, oral arguments would have been scheduled for September and October of this year, a few weeks before the presidential election.

If this starts getting mainstream attention, the WH and its pawns will simply dismiss it as a "fringe" story, or some other such nonsense. Anything to keep it out of the media before election time...

Either that, or someone connected to the WH saw some undeniable proof that the encounters did actually occur. You can't claim defamation of character if the deed was actually committed.

they are trying to keep it out of the light of day - if a tree falls in the forest, and nobody is there to hear it, does it make a sound?

so they realized that by making a case of it, it gets more attention...and "discovery" will take place...?

why didn't they think of that before they brought charges in the first place? Because not suing for defamation would make him look guilty, too...?

I've never seen that before. Do they claim their gas is made of brontosaurs?

In the 1920's they thought it was. It has since been proven wrong. They still have it on their logo though....
