Not trying to be rude Op but this is ground clutter.


When Radars are operating in"Clear Air Mode" they pick up pretty much everything from smog to fog and even dust and birds flying.



Don't take my word for it Please.do some digging around on Radars and what not and you will see what I'm talking about or you can just call me a Shill and ill move on.
