you'll also notice this ground clutter is centered around radar sites. This is NOT weather at all.

That was my thought as well, it looks like ground clutter. And major metropolitan areas are more subject to ground clutter because of the higher presence of water in the air from things like vehicle emissions, etc.

I think the best way to prove the chemtrail theories would be to actually fly an aircraft in to the alleged chemtrails and collect air samples. This would definitively determine the existence and chemical make-up of the chemtrails.
