creeps me out to much plus my luck something would happen.

..... other then that love, crop circle, aliens, ufos, pyramids, time slips stuff like that.

Absolutely not.

I've seen the spectre of my dead grandfather sitting at the edge of his bed, smiling and twiddling his fingers at me while his dead, shrouded body lay on the bed.

There is more in this existence than can be understood by ordinary senses.

Most stuff. Now -no.

Grew up in a very haunted house.
He scared me so bad I ran outta the house once. But I did sass him. So, I guess he just got even.

There are certain things I refuse to research or be curious about. Darker things - best left alone.

That being said - I keep my home and loved ones protected. Before I meditate and open up - I pray and invoke protection.

I'm not a Christian, but I say that line to myself all the time. They FEED on your fear. Your fear makes you a target for the predator.
Give them nothing.

i'd love to see a ghost but I have never seen one. I have a theory that perhaps ghosts and supernatural entities only present themselves to those who fear them!

I agree 100%, I used to be drawn into their games then I learned to stop feeding them, by responding to them I was just giving up some of my energy and intent to them.

Electromagnetic beings, that is what they are and they have the ability to alter your perception of reality if you are not grounded.

Lose your fear and gain freedom.

You have to master your own Ego though and this is tricky because we are conned into believing it is a genuine part of us and necessary for being who we are.

By giving it nothing to grasp onto seems to be the way, in practical terms this means we have to eliminate all of the mindless responses and take total control of all our thoughts and actions.

The buttons and habits of a life time have to be recognized to be removed, we are so good at lying to ourselves that we often don't want to see ourselves for who we are.

The Ego is a judgey f*cker always comparing things to one another and pushing your buttons if you are seen coming up short of some non-existent standard that is only in your head.

I have no desire to see anything ghost or spirit wise.

Yes I do, a healthy fear. Then once I'm confronted I am like "Today is a good day to die." I believe in a life after this one short life. I had a much harder time when I was 4 to about 8. After that I got good not reacting. Seams I am the person who can make a lot of mistakes.

Now as I am getting older people, mostly young adults will look at me like, she knows that I know. They will share there feelings about the paranormal, there fears and happy times. I admit I do not have as good discernment as some claim they have.

I say never break rule number 1) do not engage with every spirit that lets you know they are there, not in a way to encourage them in communication. I have already broke that rule. Stay happy and keep a sense of humor. When we keep our thoughts good and positive, remember to be grateful for what we have, love others, We then have allies seen and unseen. Faith in the one who gave me the breath of life is what keeps me safe.

I feared the paranormal until I managed to acquire a poltergeist.. now I see these disembodies spirits for what they are

no matter how benevolent or evil they may seem, they are also a part of nature and have a right to be here, just as we do.
