Well hey. I wish it were simple like that. You think it's just the kids alone pushed on to promise having kids in the future? Think of the adults now. Parents nagging them for grandchildren. Friends are encouraging it. TV says your a failure and an empty soul for not having kids. Retarded culture. Have as many children as you can f*cking produce while we feed you these sterilisers in hopes of making the ones your producing now become out as deformed and retarded as f*ck.

On one hand, I understand the logic behind population control. I do not like what we've done to this planet. On the other hand, who decides who is culled? Are some lives worth more than others? Is someone poorer or living in a developing country worth less than you are?

A lottery would solve the problem. If you win and you don't want
kid you can give your ticket to your cousin or what ever...

That or somehow break the monopole of big oil and dig up all the
inventions related to energy they bought and buried... That would
be part of the solution.

We could also transfer the US military budget to the de-saltanisation
of the water. And somehow force the dumbfucks to not waste 40%
of the food they produce for economical reasons.

Or just stop breeding for a f*cking generation or two.

That makes sense to me. But do you believe that humans should be entitled to free choice? Sure we may not like the choice that another person makes to breed, but should we really enforce rules that prevent them from doing so? Should we make sterilization compulsory? Are there ethical issues with that?

So right. That's was my idea on this for so long, to not kill anyone, just get people to stop reproducing so much. Go with the One or Two Child Policy for a while (I dunno the maths with what is better) if we have to. But seriously, we don't need 5+ kids per pair to be happy. No wonder we're possibly being passively sterilised.

Well, China did (and still does?) implement this population control tactic. In a large overall sense, the program has been successful. But it's not without issues. For instance, the Chinese are terrified of having a girl, and no boy, because traditionally it's the boy who will earn the wages and provide for the elders once the parents are old and can't work. So there are many unwanted Chinese girls. Some are given up for adoption, some are killed, some are sold to the sex trade.

RE: Does this make you uncomfortable?
The only people I see having more kids around here are the illegals.
Those who work and take care of themselves limit themselves to 0-3 children.

I know more and more people not even having children anymore, but the illegals are dragging them around by the dozen.

Of course the more children they have the more aid they receive and also the more anchor babies out in the work force with income that can take care of the parents when they become elderly or infirmed.
Hispanics always want large families to help them out economically.

How do you know that those statistics haven't been manipulated to push the agenda? How do they count all those stats?

If society fell apart, we - the people would build a new one. Most people are good at their core, and when we see things that are wrong we work to fix them together. Make friends with your neighbors, get involved with your community - because we will rebuild our lives, our communities, from horrible circumstances we always will.

Shizz, forgot that.. but I don't think our culture will be like that though. Females would be getting matching wages, now that there'd be less women at home minding all their kids. We're a lot better on equal rights here.

The metre wont be exact of course.
But I'd think that 7 billion is pretty close.

As for the other stats... it's not exact, again. It's probably just based off previous years stats and bumped up by a couple percent.
Remembering now, 7 billion is a very big number and not easy to imagine, let alone say, all the wealth that exists in this world.

I think that's happening where I am too, kids with benefits. Citizens are getting extra for them. Dunno so much about whether the illegals/immigrants are doing it so much, a couple I unfortunately know are doing it. Which is part the reason why I started boiling up over this over the period of time it's been bubbling in my mind..

This makes sense. As a survival tactic, like someone mentioned above, having large families helps.

Do you think that our government should more tightly secure our borders? Is there a reason they are not, like perhaps for cheap labor?

It would be great if women were to catch up all the way to men in terms of wages...it would also be great if men were given paternity leave and given more responsibility in caring for children as well. Because the way I see it, women kinda got screwed over with women's lib in some ways. Now they are expected to work, take care of kids, and mind the house. A double-career! The stress really leads to the breakdown of family. Only the wealthy can hire nannies or afford not to work and stay home with the kids. Much of my personal choice to not have children is an economic one. This probably makes TPTB very happy (population control has always been a priority of governments). So the only question is, who in our country is still having a bunch of kids? The poor. As someone earlier mentioned, the illegal immigrants. Well, we use them (and at this point need them) for their cheap labor. We are exploiting them for their cheap labor. In turn we give them welfare benefits because that's only fair, since we're paying them like six bucks an hour to clean toilets. The only way to effect change in my opinion is mass change in our consumption/luxury habits.

I've pondered this myself--why do they not care about the immigrants? I mean even to the point that other illegals (from other countries)are using the US/mexican border to come through.

Is it for cheap labor? Is it for votes? Is it to turn us against each other?
Is it to destroy the american dream? Is it all of the above?

The cheap labor does not work, they make slightly less than citizens due to the fact employers don't have to take from their wages, but that is made up for in benefits and healthcare.

I've heard that some illegals are working under the table because they fear being deported, so in those cases they are probably making less than minimum wage with no benefits.

You ask good questions! I don't know why/how this situation became so complicated. I wish I really knew what our government stance is on this.

Foreign-born Hispanics and people with no High School diploma or GED have the highest number of kids in the U.S.
Those who can least afford it have the most children.
