I strongly agree with you that the spray operations are constrained to NATO countries of the free and democratic west.

With that in mind, there is interesting (understatement!) information in this book ... Keeping in mind, the "Sacred Spiral" referenced is in fact one's DNA. The "pirates" are those who are manipulating said DNA for their own evil purpose.
