I truly hate seeing someone hurt or dying, but the reality of it is I would rather he be down in the tracks than driving a car and killing someone else.

The stupidity of those watching should serve as a lesson and warning to LOP'ers: we are better informed than most people (sheeple, really!) so we can take from this that if you are out in public and are injured or need assistance, there is a pretty good chance people around you will not know what to do, or will do nothing.
