I might like to try this. Not sure where to get whole fresh sardines
in Memphis. I wonder how it would work on canned?

What can be more foolish than to think that all this rare fabric of heaven and earth could come by chance, when all the skill of art is not able to make an oyster!

Love them but leery after all the bullshit in the water these days. Was probably in it
before and ignorance was bliss.

Had gumbo before and was afraid to ask what all the different textured meat was.
Still it was kick ass.
Had goat stew once complete with entrails. Hard to get past tasting the smell. chuckle

Curry makes for a great flavor in goat terrines. Where did you have your stew? The best I have eaten was in Morocco.

I presume an entrail is like a chemtrail? chuckle

Some friends from Mexico make all kinds of interesting dishes. They told me with a straight face that it would be good and it wasn't bad. I am sure people who rarely eat beef think it odd.

LOL never had fried sardines, but sardines make just about anything taste better, its a prime ingredient in my BBQ shrimp sauce, its not just for crackers anymore.
