Executive Orders Are Law (Constitution a Legal Invalid)
Martial Law Declared!
Quote:There is a lot of talk lately about our so-called rights, the Constitution, and in particular the Second Amendment. People are worried that the government is getting ready to come and take away our guns, which might actually be true. But it is important to understand that this isn't really something new. The government has never been your "friend" and has never been interested in protecting your rights. While some folks scream out that President Obama is some quasi-dictator-in-chief antichrist, those same folks seem to conveniently forget that everything he has done was based on the unprecedented destruction of liberty by his predecessor, through laws like the Patriot Act, in the wake of the 9/11 disaster. But the Bush presidency is not the beginning of the story either. The fight against tyranny is much older than any of us, and The People have been losing this battle for many, many years. The reality today is that the Constitution is no longer a legally valid document, and in the eyes of the government...you have no rights.

Executive Orders Are Law (Constitution a Legal Invalid)
title is horseshit
just sayin'
the executive cannot make laws
it should enforce the laws
but in Obummer's case it doesn't even do that

Every modern president has used executive orders, I'm sure the article says this. Raygun using the most out of everyone since FDR, who issued thousands during a unique time in American history.

Executive orders are only good for the administration in power, they do not affect the legislative nor judicial branches, they also do not affect any local, county or state commissions.
Executive orders also expire for the administration when a new administration takes office.
You know very little about executive orders.

If my neighbor robs a liquor store does that make it ok if I do it?
What if my father robbed liquor stores, is it legal for me to do the same?
(Yes, they are the FU variety.)

His comment is nothing but a justification for his messiah to issue them.

I didn't say it was ok or wasn't. I was just stating a fact, in advance of the Obama is the anti Christ and only he uses executive orders crowd. Besides that, the previous poster showing how executive orders expire, destroyed your stance already.

This has nothing to do with him being the AC (or not, if he is not).
Nice attempt to derail.
He has issued more EO's than any other prez.
And it appears he is contemplating using them to get around that pesky constitution and its second amendment.

Executive Orders Are Law (Constitution a Legal Invalid)
number of executive orders issued per president:
obama:143
bush jr:290
clinton:367
bush sr:165
reagan:380
carter:319
ford:168
nixon:345
johnson:323
kennedy:213
eisenhower:479
truman:893
roosevelt:3434
hoover:995
so much for "obama has the most EOs in history". check facts, don't parrot bullshit
and there are several thousand remaining before the term of hoover, so if anything, Obama is BELOW average in issuance of EOs

In eight years, FWIW, Bush did have 290 and Obama (in less than four) has 143.
So, they have both been issued these things like mad men and Obama criticized Bush use of EO before he was elected but is issuing them at the same pace Bush did.
Curly is a Obamabot?
Go figure!

i think obama is a fascist. i have no partisan allegiance to him. i'm a "truthbot", nothing more or less. condemn the man all you like with reality, and you won't hear a peep from me in the way of dissent. pull bullshit out of your ass like "he's a kenyan", or "he's issued the most EOs in history" and i'll point out the bullshit. his record has more than enough dirt that you don't need to parrot bullshit. talk about his relationship with the money boys, his foreign policy fiascos, his empire building in africa, and a host of other serious shit, and you'll get nods of approval and praise. perpetuate lies, and i call you on it if i catch it. truth above all, my friend.

I guarantee you if just one more mass shooting like Aurora or Sandy Hook happens, just ONE, there WILL be an executive order issued banning many or all firearms.
One more mass shooting and that's it, they'll be going door-to-door to get your guns. Just like they did in Louisiana after Katrina -- police and National Guard going door-to-door.
