Here's a little exercise for experiencing the body electric:

Lay down on a comfy bed or relax in a favorite easy chair. Bring some white light into your body. Imagine your entire frame just white light glowing in the dark. Once comfortable with the light, expand it to extend a couple inches further. Then project a foot further. Then another foot. Eventually you can project the light to fill the entire room.

How do you feel? You've just raised your vibration. Stepped yourself up a notch and it was all free.
