Federal task force wants obese Americans placed into counseling doomed

If you’re a US citizen, there’s a one-in-three chance that you’re also obese. Now after failed attempt after failed attempt at slimming down citizens, a federal panel is pushing to force overweight Americans into counseling.

The US Preventative Services Task Force (USPSTF) introduced their latest plans to help push down the obesity rate in America this week, and their newest effort calls for more than just urging people to exercise. The federal panel of medical experts is asking primary care physicians to put obese Americans into intensive counseling programs in order to combat the epidemic.

"Obesity is a very serious health problem in the United States, and in the past 30 years, obesity rates have dramatically increased," Task Force member Dr. David Grossman, a pediatrician at Group Health Research Institute in Seattle, says in the USPSTF press release put out on Monday. "The good news is that is that even modest weight loss can reduce health risks for people who are obese. And, there is strong scientific evidence that shows that intensive programs with 12 to 26 sessions in the first year can help people manage their weight."

Another reason it won't work is a great deal of the obesity is being caused by people (and kids) taking those psychiatric medications.

NOW, if you have health problems, it opens the door for the government to be in your shit:

Here is what I see happening within 5 years:

1. If you are overweight it goes into your FEDERAL medical file.

2. You will be issued an Overweight ID PASS. You as an overweight person will be forced to produce this ID pass every time you are at a restaurant, fast food place, grocery store etc... It will probably be dialed into your drivers license. They will swipe it like a credit card. And, beeep beep beeep Im sorry Sir or Madam your ID PASS says you are not allowed to purchase and consume these foods, please consult your Federal Case worker for further details.

3. If you get caught still eating these foods. Yea, you have a kid go buy your junk for you, like the shit you used to do to buy beer when you were under 21; or you are still fat after the government has Put you on this program after a certain amount of time when their program says you should of lost a certain amount of weight then you will be fined and at some point i could even see forced hospitalization or jail.

Then here is where the real fun begins

4. The government now has a green light to COME TO YOUR HOUSE, probably via the POLICE, and do a food well being check, and make sure you have no contraband food items.

5. You still arent losing the weight. MANDATORY 24 hour surveillance cameras in your house to monitor your eating activity.
