Aww...gona make hit the help button now. Quick look didn't say.
Searching...

Ok, all I could find was adding text to the icons to make them better.
Right click the icon > click customize > Bottom left choose use text and icons > bigger.

Ah!

That definitely helped. Thank you

Well, I like my plug-ins for firefox, so I think I will give it a try. But here are some scores I found...

http://lifehacker.com/5844150/browser-sp...9-and-more

" 1. Opera 11.51: 82%
2. Firefox 7: 73%
3. Internet Explorer 9: 47.5%
4. Chrome 14: 43%

Opera's still the speed champion, as usual. The other browsers have surprisingly switched places, though: Firefox, so often looked down upon for its sluggish speeds, has jumped up to #2 with version 7, and Chrome has slowly worked it's way down to last place. Granted, Chrome's inability to complete the CSS test probably pushed it over the edge from 3rd place into 4th. Still, w have seen Chrome slowly gain bloat with each new version, and boy did it feel slow when we ran these tests. Hopefully they can take a hint from Firefox and make a comeback soon."

There some compatibility issue with older add-ons (Java and flash) and plug ins not being supported. Try installing in a separate directory and not overwriting your current version first.

Are you saying java and flash are not working? Or the older versions of them?

Hmmm

This works for me.
Try this add-on https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox...ter-tools/

The following is a brief list of the extension's features:

* Titlebar customization
* Build ID retrieval
* Copy list of extensions to clipboard
* Screenshots
* Open profile folder
* Test crashing
* Force addon compatibility
* View pushlog of changes since last nightly

The older version with Firefox 7 have compatibility issues and wont install. It will check for newer versions if you let it.

Using firefox 7, beta, playing flash movies with old flash, and I did download that nightly builds tool, thanks everybody.

And yes, it seems to be working quite well.

However, I did set all plugin container refrences to false, and turned off the block sites function, which, by the way, was using facebook for the block site info. That was scary.

RE: Firefox 7.0 question: how do I move reload button?
I changed all of these to false (except the facebook check site, which no longer works) (and the last addition, but I'm not sure if it deals with the plugin container or not.)

BlockSite.authenticate;false

BlockSite.enabled;false

lol > BlockSite.locations;facebook.net|||http://facebook.net|||http://www.facebook.net

dom.ipc.plugins.enabled;false

dom.ipc.plugins.enabled.npctrl.dll;false

dom.ipc.plugins.enabled.npgeplugin.dll;false

dom.ipc.plugins.enabled.npqtplugin.dll;false

dom.ipc.plugins.enabled.npswf32.dll;false

dom.ipc.plugins.enabled.nptest.dll;false

this one is set to true: plugin.default_plugin_disabled;true

RE: Firefox 7.0 question: how do I move reload button?
Amazing. Well, I'm happy now. All my addons are working and surfing is much faster.

by the way, I use request policy, it is site specific, but I don't mind only clicking on the connections I want to make. Much faster and safer that way, so far. :)

Mem usage without plugin container, and playing youtube video, 208,488 K.

I learned a few years back that messing with some things isn't good for me.
I just run what is safe and vanilla usually.
