That all the evidence was reviewed by experts in a legal setting, that a jury of his peers found that the Stand Your Ground Law was not supported by the evidence. Perhaps the Major Crime Squad of Sanford had not reviewed all the evidence, but the initial evidence did support Zimmerman's story thus he was not arrested.

Right now he is being found guilty based on rhetoric and inflammatory words of the MSM and the likes of Jackson and Sharpton.

What will the looney left do if he is tried and found innocent due to the self defense plea? Currently they are planning on rioting. Who will you blame then if someone else gets killed or property is destroyed? Who will be held liable for that?

In any case no way can you end on your stomach with your hands under you if you are shot in the chest from another standing..if laying, then you're still on your back...If Tray had been shot standing and facing Zimmerman, he would have fallen BACK with his arms flayed. There is only ONE scenario in which Tray could have been shot in the chest and yet ended on his belly with his HAND UNDER HIM...is if he was on TOP of or leaning WAY OVER Zimmerman. If he were leaning over him, he's tall enough for his upper body weight to carry him to his belly...but there is no other plausible scenario in which he could have landed in that way.

This will be part of the evidence review that will be presented as well as other physical evidence. We do not know of all the evidence that was collected. Let the evidence tell the story, not these armchair District Attorneys.


Our media is trying to change our legal system. The whole basis of our legal system is "innocent until PROVEN guilty"; the media, the funeral director, Jackson and Sharpton are NOT the legal system. They are playing a very, very dangerous and possibly illegal game by inciting civil unrest.

I just want common sense laws that don't always pander to the criminal whoever that may be. The pure basis of our justice system is one of the best systems, the pure premise that you are innocent until proven guilty BASED on evidence. That is the puritanical basis of our justice system, I'm not saying that there are not cases of corruption, favoritism and bias. There are watchdog groups that do somewhat monitor that, granted most are ineffectual though.

There are many cases where the true assailants were released because there wasn't a stand your ground law in place; the victims were often penalized for fighting back. Then there is also examples of a burglar slips and falls in your home, they sue you because they slipped and fell. THAT is just absolutely mind blowing, the criminal got hurt during the commission of a crime and they can sue the victim because of that?

Are there some cases that slip through the cracks where vigilantes are exonerated based on Stand Your Ground? There may be, but at what percentage versus what percentage of victims were killed or penalized for Standing Their Ground?

There are times that I wish I had gone onto law school and learned more about juris prudence; sadly, all I can do is learn more that the law is not always about what appears to be common sense, but common law.
